CITRUS FRUITS AND JUICES:
Citrus fruits and juices are the finest solutions for many skin deformities. Vitamin-c enriched in citrus fruits and juices has numerous benefits for the skin and therefore the body. Here is my list of fruits and juices that are loaded with vitamin-c to treat all your skin deformities.
ORANGES:
Oranges are one of the high sources of vitamin-c that provides you a youthful look!!!. The vitamin-c enhances the assembly of collagen that successively increases skin elasticity. This sweet and sour fruit helps in also maintaining the excessive oil secretion in the skin.
The peel of the oranges has a high amount of vitamin-c content than the pulp of the orange. Therefore, the orange peel can also be added to the skin regime.

It is also known as Chinese gooseberry. This tasty fruit not only enhances your tastebuds but also helps in the rejuvenation of the skin. This vitamin-c in this fruit acts as a perfect laxative, it cleans up digestion, prevents skin from pimples.
CARROT:
It is well-known that carrots have a high amount of vitamin-A that helps in eyesight but it also has equal vitamin-c content in it. The beta-Cartonene in the carrot is responsible for the orangish tone. A carrot can treat dry skin, oily skin,anti-aging, and breakouts. A carotenoid-rich diet protects the skin from UV damage and maintains good skin health. It is also able to reduce inflammation and encourages natural exfoliation (cell turnover).

This greeny leafy vegetable is enriched with vitamins-A, C, E and has an anti-oxidant property that can treat all types of skin problems. The vitamin-A in the spinach maintains sebum (oil-producing gland). Spinach improves skin health in all possible ways. Excess intake of spinach affects the mineral absorbing capacity in the body.
