Besides vitamin-A, sweet potatoes also have a high amount of fiber and starch. The starch inside the body breaks as sugars, which inturns provide energy. YOGURT:



 Yogurt is profoundly known as Curd in India. The lactic acid content in the yogurt aids in building a strong immune system for babies. As it is a fermented food, the protein content in the yogurt helps in dealing with constipation issues.
